        Protean constantly has faults and there is always a new error message nearly every week. How are you supposed to run a business with a system a poor as this. Its always your IT systems at fault. Support is lacking.

        The Product is great . The support is extremely poor no one ever call you back . No one their will take ownership of your problem . I have been unable to invoice create quotes for nearly 2 weeks . I call sit on hold and no one calls me back . Rubbish comes to mind
