Sanderson Group plc - IT Software & Services

Tried dealing with the support group as my own IT provider couldn't fix a problem. Received lots of demeaning comments, asking if there was someone better suited to help them, even though they should be helping me. They then proceeded to ask questions I had already told them, and when I answered again, they said it wasn't relevant. They then told me to go back to our IT provider and get them to fix it, even though it was him who contacted Sanderson in the first place. I sincerely hope nothing else goes wrong with the Swords system, so I never have to deal with their appalling customer service again.

Working for them as a cleaner the receptionist is disrespectful and always complaining about the clean even though I got 12 years of experience. I never experienced a company that complains so much even though you're only doing 2 hours work Monday to Friday jokes working for them so I quit :)
