employees arguing about customers , forcing insurance , suppliers opening doors to other rooms , taking photos in the house without permission , unreasonably pulling the main door off its hinges without asking or permission , delivery were 5 hours early with no notice , everything was reported when talking about undelivered items with the main office , no refund till today

These people need to learn that when u come into a store leave me alone which u did do but as soon as I went upstairs u was there like a rash . Look if I need your help I will come and see you just please leave me alone to look but u don't and this is SCS problem u do this all the time u can't help it and this is really y u did not buy today I would of and I have bought before from u so don't go saying any different but u are to in ya face

Gallagher retail park SCS is brilliant! Went in to help my parents buy a sofa, and we met Russell. Very good salesman. Not too interfering, answered all our questions. My parents had originally thought that they would go back on Monday. After a disappointing visit to DFS we went back to SCS, specifically because we knew Russell wouldn't be there on Monday. Thank you for a lovely sofa!
