The manager is appoling rude don't want to help told me two stay in infested room for two nights after been bite 70 times the night before the whole place is infested with bed bites and mites and scabies they don't want to do nothing about it even though they have babies living there with mother's I have included pictures of landing and door u enter and appointment where they are I had Togo to walk in tidy to have bites checked they said it is scabies flies bed bites and mite and told me not to return to the property this is an on going issue with previous tenant and now me in same flat and my neighbour has bites two plus the women down stairs with kids she shown manger 23 had and his still saying there not there I asked him to come look he refused and wouldn't entre building let alone talk to me I feel sorry for the kids
