Minamo Ltd

I am disgusted by this company. Ordered and paid 28 for a sweatshirt with delivery that I never received and spent almost two months chasing for information only to be ingnored. Used a different email account to email the same company pretending to be a new customer looking to order some sweatshirts and lo and behold I get a response! I can see online that minamo has gone under - director Martin Jackson had responded to my new custom email from his current company 'thread arrows '! Be warned! He proceeded to tell me he didn't know about the finances of minamo as he only worked there - well - we all have eyes and information online states otherwise. Apparently my refund will be coming - pigs might fly ! I'm no longer concerned about the money , just do not want anyone else to end up using any affiliated company and falling into the same trap! All it would have taken was communication. - its so disappointing and upsetting - especially for my son who had wanted this ordered for his birthday.

Ordered a T-shirt ten days ago for a birthday present expaecting the 48hour delivery . Received email next day saying it had been posted out . STILL NO T-SHIRT AND NO ANSWER TO EMAILS OR CALLS !!!

I have worked with the Minamo gents for 3 years now. They have always been professional, swift and on a few occasions have gone above and beyond to help me get some jobs done last minute. Would defo recommend.
