We have a smoke dedector from this brand. It makes noise like hell while there is no smoke nor fire. Impossible to stop it. the dedector should be okay till 2029... The noise doesn't stop... How do I remove the battery? We sent them a mail. No answer. I wrote a comment this morning on their FB website... It was removed! unbelievable... Is it sO difficult to answer. Can't they be at least polite and give a customer an answer. .... I am waiting. Their FB account is plenty of "We are proud...; FireAngel is supporting....; FireAngel this and that". But answering a question by mail is impossible. And they remove the negative comment from FB.... Great! Congrats!

Der Kundendienst reagiert entweder unfhig, hinhaltend, patzig oder gar nicht. Erst wenn man mit dem Anwalt droht, wurde nach ber zwei Monaten mal gescheit reagiert. NIE WIEDER kaufe ich bei dem Anbieter ein Gert und wenn es der letzte Anbieter von Rauchmeldern wre.
