        Beware. Any repairs are guaranteed only for three months, including Samsung parts. I spent 177 pounds on a repair that lasted only 7 months. I could have bought a new oven for less that twice that amount.

        Took 3 weeks for Emsted Ltd to repair my soundbar, they never updated me on the progresses and I always had to call in and check. I honestly expected to get it back in less than a week, so I don't particularly recommend. I could have had it swapped by Amazon and that would have taken 2 days, but I wanted to help a local shop. Unfortunately took too long in my opinion to suggest someone else to do the same. The product was repaired to a good standard, I did not find any scratches on the enclosure.
