I have worked for ACR for around 4 years now and have worked for them previously in the past too. I'm a Supply Nursery Practitioner. I love my job as each day is different working in multiple childcare settings in and around Coventry and Warwickshire. They have great flexibility for working as they offer 0 hour contracts up to 40 hour contracts to suit your availability for work. The office staff are very friendly, approachable and supportive. I also like the fact there is no paperwork or stress which comes from the pressure of working in a full time/permanent setting. I highly recommend this business for anyone who is wanting a change in their childcare profession or maybe looking at starting or switching to working in childcare.
