Resolve Psychological Services

After 12 months wait for NHS I couldn't take another 24 so we used Resolve. Within a month we had all the assessments completed and we had an answer. Staff were very professional and supportive with us and our child. Report was detailed and useful. Have recommended to many people already.

Amazing service from Dr Glover and her colleagues. Emails were responded to promptly and I always felt I could contact them to check progress or double-check details. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Glover, whether for adults or children.

Dr Jennifer Glover carried out the ASD assessments for both of our sons and she was fantastic - caring, professional and highly responsive to emails. We received well written, detailed reports which the school are using to support our newly diagnosed children. We also liked that we werent pressured into ADHD and cognitive assessments, as they werent necessary for our sons.

I cannot thank Jennifer and the team at Resolve enough for assessing my child for ASD & ADHD in such a kind, stress-free and timely manner. We struggled for years to get a referral via CAMHS and when we finally did, we were told it would take at least another two years to be seen. Resolve managed to assess, diagnose and provide a detailed report with excellent recommendations, all within a couple of months. My child will now be able to start the new school year with an ASD & ADD diagnosis and get the support they need.
