Its not a post office as such anymore more but a general village store . But the lad that runs it is very pleasant and helpful well dune

heres why i disagree with some of the negative reviews: - they follow standard post office procedures as required by Royal Mail (weights, IDs needed etc) , they are not allowed to deviate from this under the post office procedures - they are smiley, helpful and accommodating at all times i visit - they go the extra mile! my husband looks out for different 50ps, they let him know when new and interesting ones come through the pile - they have turned this ramshackle place with odd selections of products (cakes next to sewing kits anyone?) into an organised shop along side the PO - their work ethic is amazing! family running the business for long long days in short: beat that! i cant #benicegetnice

Really impressed with our new post office. Staff are more friendly and welcoming! More produce and better lighting and layout. Would be fab to have extra fresh produce from local farms/supplier out the front of the store with signage to show you are not just a post office. Keep up the great work guys :)

New staff have ruined this post office. It used to be such a pleasant experience, now its a shop, not a post office at all. Reselling stock from Morrisons. Every time I go in theres always a problem with my parcels, a gram out or something, always a drama, sadly I would rather drive to Cheylesmore than use this one, never again! And staff.learn some manners and get some people skills training, all the Christmas decorations outside cant make up for you rudeness
