Ian was professional and on time. He has good workmanship and completed the job in one day. In our case, completing the job in one day meant that the overall service felt rushed. I did not feel valued as a customer as although he had promised to go that extra mile, he had disappointed me and I felt let down. As a customer, I feel I have every right to voice my opinion. On the day, he had promised to come back out of "goodwill" to cover the pipes on my boiler. I understand it was not agreed in the service or part of the deal and that he might be really busy. But if you have mentioned you would do something for a customer first and the customer has trusted you as we did not know what to do (especially as my pipes were all exposed) it's not really fair. He would make excuses and then cancel a date he had said. I do not believe that he could not take out 5 minutes of his time to come down and cover my pipes. We had even bought the materials ready. So it felt more like a deal, where he did the job quickly and wanted to get paid and just go. It didnt seem he was really bothered about the customer. Service: Water heater installation
