We had a leak in the ceiling due to a blocked loo so called emergency plumbers who sent Brian (whose name is actually Delroy Jackson) and another chap round. They said they unblocked it as best they could but the soil pipe needed replacing. On top of the 250 call out fee they wanted 90 for "materials" (no materials to be seen!). So we agreed to have them replace the soil pipe. Brian called every couple of hours asking for a deposit, money for a ladder, materials, etc then never actually turned up for the job. Oh and the toilet was blocked again an hour after they left. Absolute scammers. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer repair

Cowboys Avoid at all costs. Also police have been passed a video of your dangerous driving on the motorway today. So enjoy that one.

Wouldn't recommend these guys, fitted a boiler for us earlier this year, poor job and once they are paid the money they dont want to know, have to get someone else round now to fix the problems they have created due to ignoring all our calls, texts and email. Dont waste your time or money.

Not good, spent a long time fiddling with the Boiler then mucking with the outside pipes .. left then said IT should be OK .. Called them... they suggested "kick the outside pipe" .......Rang British Gas.
