Poorly fitted shower tray and enclosure. Initially took weeks to install with Jon disappearing for days on end and now its leaking due to incorrect installation which has caused damage to downstairs ceiling and wall. I was hoping to get the problem rectified by Jon but hes not answering my phone calls or replying to my messages so I now have to pay other tradesmen to sort it out. Jon wasnt the cheapest to start with so I was expecting high standards but now Im even more out of pocket. Service: Shower installation

I am writing on behalf of Stoke Heath Community Centre as we had our old heating system removed and it was replaced by Brian, John and their colleagues. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing an excellent and very professional job done, the engineers are very pleasant, helpful and seem to be happy at their work. We will be using the company for any future plumbing or heating jobs required in the Centre and would like to say thank you for the time taken to help us, over and above the job you were doing.
