        Placed an order via the website, delivery estimated for 30-40 minutes. Food arrived 1hr 25 mins later. Food was borderline cold and swimming in grease. Ice-cream was liquid, cookie dough was more like a cookie (hard and crunchy), extra sauces that I paid for were missing. But the worst part of it was I started calling after waiting 50 mins. I called maybe up to 10-12 times in the next 35 mins assuming they were just busy and had no answers any time, and left the call ringing until fail. Left me wondering if I was getting food at all. Horrendous service! Likely going back to dominoes in future even if their food quality is questionable at the local store.

        We order from here regularly and have never had a problem. Tonight the pizza and sides arrived at time given but the tub of ice cream with cookie dough was missing. Rang them and the driver came back with not 1 but 2 ice creams tubs.Thank you.
