Usually have a good stock or can obtain next day, but the counter service is painfully slow, even with an account, unless you are paying cash.

Felt disorganized, ordered over phone and arranged collection time. Arrived and order hadn't been picked or pipe taken out of racking. Ended up waiting 30min in total for parts before leaving.

Trying to find a supplier for 'Terrain Corniche' gutter fittings. Rang Coventry office who gave me contact details for their Drainage `div in `b'ham. Rang them and they will be in Coventry tomorrow!!! What a fantastic service.
