Visited wanting digital passport photo. This, plus the online application were all done by David who made all so easy. Photo done. Application and payment completed. Old passport sent ba k to passport office. What a service. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to renew or pay for a passp6to visit the branch. Fantastic customer service by David....definitely an asset to the branch team! P.S. This was all done on a Monday. I had my new passport delivered on the Thursday of that same week!!

I felt discriminated by a staff(a girl with blonde hair) didnt able to get her name. I was in the queue with my little girl but she ask the lady who is behind me instead for assistance. Good thing this lady behind me with the good heart ask her to assist me cos i was in front of the queue than her. The way she assisted me wasnt particularly pleasant and how she questioned me to what is required of my photo to be taken wasnt professional at all.

Staff were nice and friendly to assist me with the digital photo machines but it cost me 11 for 19 small photos and they werent of good quality very blurry some of them and none of them were that crisp
