Bannerbrook Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

Im so grateful that this pharmacy is on my doorstep. Just been to drs and went here to collect my prescription & the phlebotomist Shelley noticed I had a blood form and asked me if I wanted to get my bloods done. I explained I didnt have an appointment yet and I was just waiting for my medication. She was like no problem come in now. I advised her that Im a difficult bleed and Im not yet fully hydrated. She was a true professional and calm & got the 3 vials of blood on the first attempt! Usually I come out with 3-4 holes We chatted about phlebotomy work and my history of working alongside the team in a previous role so I know how hard it can be having patients like me! She was amazing & made a difficult day for me that little bit better!
