        Great team and fantastic coaching from experienced and friendly professionals; all techniques taught are practiced in real time. Any martial arts requires commitment and discipline but with John youre really given the chance to grow to the level of your input. Highly recommended.

        At the end of 2022 I made a New Years resolution to find myself a hobby which would also keep me active. I saw an advert for AMMA on Facebook and sent an enquiry through to the page. I absolutely loved the first session and havent looked back. John is so supportive and easy to get along with and welcomes any gender, skill, ability. I always finish one session looking forward to the next and would highly recommend enquiring!

        I've never fought in my life, and Atherstone MMA with its professional and friendly staff helped me to understand my body and to feel the hidden power I had all this time. More importantly, I improved my inner confidence as a person. After first few weeks of getting used to intensity of sessions, I can't wait for next ones! I'm sure that martial arts is what everyone must at least try, and if you still thinking weather to join AMMA or not just come visit first :)
