Rich is more than just a Personal Trainer, he is a coach, a mentor and a real support, not only in the gym but with all aspects of wellbeing. Rich strikes a great balance between supporting and pushing for results. Ive been working with Rich for around six months and have seen brilliant results in my strength, physique and general well-being. Rich takes time to understand your individual goals in great detail and uses his expert knowledge to suggest the right course of action. He doesnt just tell you what to do, this is a partnership and it truly feels like you are working together to see positive change.

Rich is extremely patient as a coach. As someone that wasn't confident at the gym and lacked commitment he has really helped me turn this around. It's clear he has a lot of experience and would consistently give me tips on how to improve on both workouts and nutrition. He's definitely motivated me to continue on my growth journey! I would recommend Rich as a coach to anyone that wants a dedicated coach that keeps regular contact and genuinely wants to succeed!

I have been with Richard for a few months now. I have PCOS & Ulcerative Colitis and have struggled with weight & routine. I was constantly feeling uncomfortable with my weight and foods. Rich has really helped me learn about my body, food, gym & routine. I'd highly recommend Richard as a trainer, he is very supportive, intelligent & excellent! I have learnt so much and feeling super confident in my self! I really do enjoy the PT sessions and how strong I have become and seeing the results is a bonus!!

Rich was a very supportive and friendly guide , he managed to turn around every negative situation by shining light from a different angle turning it into something positive . Even tho you are getting pushed , it never feels uncomfortable he managed to create a plan that would be hard but yet again that doesnt feel alien for you body type . Helped my anxiety alot , forever grateful ~

Ive worked with Rich for the past four months. I was working out a few days a week but had completely plateaued and wasnt seeing any positive changes to my body. Rich completely changed my workout routine, introduced me to weights, reviewed my nutrition and sleep and I started seeing changes in my figure within weeks. He pushes me to my limits and keeps me on track when life gets busy and I stop making the right choices. Ive got a new passion for the gym and I can see real changes in not only my fitness but the choices I make outside the gym.
