Connor is very knowledgeable, down to earth, and is eager to help you to succeed. In my first session with him I achieved a deadlift pb of 110kg and was motivated to push myself further (I didnt think I could do it after only achieving 100kg a couple of days prior) but Connor kept me motivated and encouraged and supported me through the entire workout. Id definitely recommend Connor and hopefully Ill train with him again in the future!
