My experience with Forward Movement was nothing short of amazing. Danny is so professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to understand your goals and invests time to work with you individually to achieve them, on a long-term basis. I have never been able to stick to a workout plan or nutrition plan until Forward Movement, I was motivated all the time. And its not just a set of rules, its an actual lifestyle change without lots of unrealistic restrictions, Danny teaches you how to manage your lifestyle and nutrition. I lost close to 7kilos in just the first 2 months of being at Forward Movement. And I gained so much strength as well during the process, and my overall health improved over the year and a half that I trained consistently with Danny! The check-ins, support, coaching and encouragement! Danny is absolutely one of the best PTs you can ever get to coach you! I joined Forward Movement for a 6 weeks challenge and I absolutely love it. Danny has taught me a lot on how to be consistent with food tracking as well as the gym sessions to achieve my goal. I love the fact that my family and I were able to see real results within the second week. I love the atmosphere at the gym and the combination of exercises that are provided on daily basis and the fact that Danny encourages me during to do them. I have gain my energy back after couple of sessions and I must say that my pelvic pain has vanished since I joined the gym. Thank you so much for everything youve taught me so far and keep doing what you do best.

Forward Movement will change your life. Sounds ridiculous but I did their 28 day challenge thinking I might see a difference but unlikely. However it taught me that your body weight doesnt necessarily directly a-line with the about of fat you have. I went up 1kg but lost over 1kg in fat and turned it into muscle. It has shown me and taught me not to be afraid of doing weights and the benefits of them. My whole thought process to a healthy lifestyle has changed and thats in only 28 days. Forward Movement is incredible value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build confidence in the gym as well as wanting constant help and advice from well qualified PTs.

The 28 day challenge was great motivation and I have learnt so much with Danny and the classes... i actually don't mind coming back in the evening again and again as the 45 minutes just fly by... and burning fat at the same time. Bonus all round .. thanks Danny
