        Poor customer service recieved! A week later after going into branch to speak to a member of staff about the problem iv had with my glasses, iv had to chase it up myself to find out why no one contacted me. Iv lost track of the number of times iv had to go into this branch and binley branch to get them adjusted. Before lockdown the ballhill branch was closed for sometime. Patients werent even informed. Had to go to binley branch to get my glasses fixed. So dont recommend these guys anymore!....
