My 5 year old granson who has attachment disorder and on the spectrum was scared to have the photo taken so to encourage him she told me the man who invented the machine died of glocimia at the age of 36. Granson woudnt do the eye test so she told me to take a pic and practice the pictures with him at home. He knows what a house and duck is and I asked her to use numbers as he is obsessed and would of done the eye test. I was recommended to take my granson there as she is good with children with additional needs. She showed zero patience and did nuthing to make my granson feal relaxed.

I have used Susan Bowers for a number if years. Yes she is more expensive than some chains but thorough to a degree and always explains what is going on. Very impressive in my view.

Don''t think all opticians are the same because there not. Great staff that realy care about you and your eyes. Perhaps you can find cheaper but is cheap best when it comes eyesight. I think not!

I have always had a wonderful experience with Susan. On every visit I have left feeling confident that I have received the best treatment/advice. She generally does care about her patients! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for the best.
