Great team, happy to help and even managed to get my car back to me in just a couple of hours after changing tyres and doing a service on my XF.
Busy garage could probably do with some more team members to support those who are already doing a great job, but highly recommend and will use this garage again.

Got appointment booked in 5 days earlier for a car ball joint replacement. Left my car at 10:00 am mentioning I need it by 15:00 for a school run. They agreed to it and i left my car with them.
Called them at 12:45 on progress, they said one part arrived and waiting for the other one. Went there around 14:30 and they didnt even bother touching the car.
When i asked them about delay the main mechanic became rude telling me about him being the only one in today (which is certainly not my issue). He then said he needed a car for full day.
My car was booked in with the commitment of work to be completed by 3:00 pm, which was certainly not done and instead of being apologetic staff was rude.
if they couldnt do it, they should never have booked the car and waste time.
