Dr Ann Harris literally charged my life with her help and advise.. Ann contacted me after she herd about my condition (Colitis ) has through her son. Ann offered me a free consultation and talked me through A new diet plan to heal my gut.. No lie within 4 days the information in my body reduced dramatically!! 6months on and I feel great and dread to think how I would be if I had gone on to all the medication the doctors were offering me.. Dr Anne Harris is amazing! She has helped me through some really challenging personal experiences- I don't know what I would have done without her! She is so knowledgeable, caring and insightful and really passionate about helping people. She has a warm manner and it is so easy to open up and trust her. Anne has been amazing in helping me with my Rosacea and realising the connection between the gut and skin issues. I'd been prescribed different creams and anti-biotics over the years all making my skin worse and even causing me to have gut issues. My skin went from angry, red, bumpy and sore with frequent flare ups to little to no flare ups and much calmer skin looking skin; and a bad stomach to almost no issues with my stomach now. There are other external factors which can still cause flare ups, but I have now learned the types of food to avoid, which has been instrumental in getting my skin under control. I always find Anne so friendly and happy to help at any time. I've continued to ask her advice about things following my consultation and she's always responded promptly. I would definitely recommend speaking to Anne if you have any similar problems, as I have no doubt she will be able to advise you.
