I worked at this home for 14years, it was a beautiful home, under staffed and badly managed. We were worked to the bone but never rewarded, all staff were on a personal level with all the clients, we worked as hard as we could and gave the best of care possible. As for the comment on soaked in urine, well maybe as 2 paired staff chasing 30 residents plus emergencies we were only human and afraid someone had to come last, e eryone was prioritised and the best of the best possible care was given for a under rated job

Didn't feel welcome one bit, no introduction of whom I was speaking to. Apologies but, need to advertise a carer / administrator...rather just an administrator. After visiting I felt really rubbish

Understaffed, facilities are in poor condition, Levels and hallways difficult for clients and visitors to navigate. Areas within the corridors and rooms smell unpleasant.
