My brothers and myself would highly recommend, our beautiful Mum has been a resident at Coundon Manor for 2 years as she has dementia . We visit daily ( up until lockdown) to ensure we keep things as normal as possible for her. I have to say the staff have been amazing with both Mum and me!!.and show her such care and respect and always put a smile on my Mums face, they are genuinely like her extended family. I visit the window of the home most days to ensure I can see and talk to Mum the best I can throughout lockdown, So she knows I love her and its made it so much easier, the staff are so welcoming of this. I can say if you have a loved one who you are looking to find a place for I can 100 % recommend. Amazing staff, who show such empathy and an overall lovely home.

Covid has made it impossible to visit my father until his last days but it has been clear the staff at Coundon Manor have cared for him until the end.
