        Excellent home - staff all are very kind and experienced. My Dad was incredibly well looked after and was very happy during his stay. Thank you to all who were involved!

        As a family we are all grateful for the respect, dignity and humanity the staff expressed while caring for our nan. Nothing was too much trouble she was always clean and tidy and her room was immaculate, the food they provided was excellent!! During my nans final days they provided excellent end of life care, they respected her wishes and supported the whole family showing kindness and empathy. We are more than grateful and money could not buy the level of commitment and compassion. Thanks for Everything

        Nothing but negative is all I can think of. Basic care seams to be lacking. Residents rooms are not cleaned oftern. Unwilling to help vulnerable residents. Simple washing of residents is not done oftern. Meal menu is from the stone ages, lacking portion size & nutrients and not fit for a human. My aunt had a very hard time here.
