Awful no compassion nothing caring about them

Cant praise the care enough that Jane and Adam gave my brother in his last couple of weeks of his life. Such caring, thoughtful people, always treated my brother with such respect and kindness and such beautiful kind words to all the family on every visit they made, these pair are truly what carers should be and the whole family thanks them.

I do not recommend this company unless you want to spend a whole working day training with no pay, they do not pay you for your shadowing where you have to do physical work and again they do not pay you. So if you're experienced you have to work 3 days for free and inexperienced a few more. Two HR ladies have resigned twice in the last two months so you are told one thing and another happens. Good luck to anyone who joins as they technically slave you with no pay and say it's company policy. If you're desperate for a job by all means join. But if you want to work and to be paid avoid!!!

Facilitate care is more than a company, its a family a place where you can feel loved, encouraged, supported and grow. I joined facilitate after leaving a company with horrible experience, but facilitate became a succor for me. When one of the managers told me at interview that "this is a place of unlimited opportunities where you can grow to be whatever you want to be" I didn't understand what she meant until I rose from being a care assistant to a Care Coordinator before leaving the company for a different field of work then I . All the support and what have learnt in facilitate are so helpful in my current job. I can't not thank you enough guys for helping me to unleashed my potentials, little wonder there are many people working in facilitate from the beginning of the business till now cause they find a home and family in facilitate. Thanks guys for all you have done for me during my time with the company and continue to uphold the standard. Cheers
