Had an interview over video link. The interviewer had awful attuide. Told me as a Operations manger that I had no hands on experience in 3 months. I have worked 27 years in the care sector. That means hands on care in a vast amount of areas with in care. Argumentive telling me that I had basically spent the last 3 months in a office calling me a lair. I have level 5 in health and social care. Outstanding in well led for cqc and care leader of the year in Leicestershire 2019. I have cared for people since I was 16. The nerve of this company to disrespect a social care worker who has worked tiredlessly during the pandemic and for 27 years in the sector caring for others. Disgraceful treatment. Interview skill dreadful. Clearly are not looking for experienced care professionals.

I can give only one star for them because of their attitude. I done my phone interview , video call interview and online training as well. I gave all references also.
