My childs been here for 3 years, the team are amazing with her and she loves going. Shes always well looked after and Ive never had any concerns. I recommend you go and see for yourself the girls are all really friendly and make you feel welcome. Children are happy, safe and clean... except when they get messy play out! They have so much fun and my daughter cries when she has to leave!

Before I sent my daughter to this nursery, one of the mums that I know told me : trust me, your child will be constantly ill and you have to take days off work to look after your child if you send you child to this nursery. Now my experience proved that she was right! My child has never stopped being ill for the past one year and she also brought the germs back to home. I ended up in hospital twice this year. During the past one year, she got foot and mount, eye infection, chest infection, rush all over body, running nose all the time, vomiting and diarrhoea, high fever from time to time. My husband and I had to use all our holidays to cover all these days. Since October, she has two third of time been sent back home because of illness. Now I decided to quit the nursery and I complained our bad experience to the owner. He has never replied to me or apologize! I am really not impressed with this poor service they provide given how much money I paid each month to their nursary! The head office told me they disinfect their toys once a week! With so many kids there, this is not enough at all! They should disinfect it everyday! Another child mum told me her son had the same issue and her son just constantly being ill since being in this nursery and the whole family has been so tired and stressed because of this! With all the stress and illness brought to my family, I strongly suggest you not to risk your baby and family to try this nursery!
