Jigsaw Day Nursery

Jigsaw has cared for two of my children over the last 3 years and I cant thank them enough. Put it this way, they ask me to go to nursery on the weekend and cry when I tell them its closed!! Theyve both learnt so much and continue to do so. Ill be really sad when my eldest leaves in September to start school. They are flexible for sessions which I think is important and if I ever need to add sessions or change them, they do all that they can to accommodate. Thank you Jigsaw, I cant recommend them enough!

Jigsaw has been nothing but amazing. I have sent both of my children to jigsaw from the age of 4 months old, they have shown a huge level of caring and compassion towards both of my children. From a early age it was hard to put them in to child care due to work. But I never felt a doubt of fear, from day 1 both my children taken a close bond to a number of staff members and it always shown when dropping them off that they had smiles and couldn't wait to get in there. The nursery is perfect for keeping u up to date with your childs needs and what they have been doing daily, due to the app they have which sends records and photos of them enjoy a mass variety of activities each day, even down to what they have eaten and how much. Couldnt folt the management of the nursery at all, having children them self they are very considerate towards each familys circumstances And will always try to accommodate to any needs. Over all jigsaw made me and most importantly my children so happy thank you. Facilities

This review isnt based on this exact nursery, its more for the company I worked for Jigsaw day nursery at the canal basin a few years ago, management were ridiculous, I worked full time (extra hours) to help them out as they were short of staff and 2 years later I have STILL not received my full months pay of over 900, I contact management Im ignored, I email, they bounce back. I am aware they are two different locations, however its still the same company!! I was rushed to hospital while employed by this company, and I was accused of lying about being in hospital, I was accused of lying about why I was in hospital, despite having proof I was being kept in and for what I was in for. To make things even worse, the day I got discharged from hospital I got an EMAIL saying I had been dismissed and to not return back to work due to having time off as I was a in hospital. (this doesnt bother me, Im glad I got out of there but the fact they withheld my pay is vile especially with what I had going on) 2 years later this still irritates me hence why Im putting this review up. Im tired of being ignored and at this point its about principle. They can afford to pay their other members of staff but not me? Disgusting behaviour especially for a nursery.

Would highly recommend this nursery, my daughter has been going here now for a few months and is so happy, content and comfortable, which is really important for me. Staff have been amazing and have made it feel like home from home for her.
