Glazed Beauty

I have only had my nails done a few times before, and never by myself and was very nervous. The nails look lovely and were exactly what I asked for, but the customer engagement could be improved. Nothing was really explained to me, despite me telling them I was nervous and had not been there before and the staff sat chatting to each other while they did my nails rather than paying any attention to me. I was happy with the nails themselves and the price was reasonable, but I might try elsewhere in future.

Had my nails done in Builder gel which at the time the woman was nice but after 6 days the gel started lifting and peeling off, it looked atrocious, I contacted the salon to be told I would have to wait 7 days to get this fixed as the woman who did my nails was only in twice a week. When I said I wanted them sorted sooner I was told I would have to pay an extra 14 even tho I paid 30 for them 6 days prior. I would avoid this place in the future. Service: Nail painting
