Amazing service, great customer service

I've been using this place for a while and you'd think they'd appreciate loyal customer service. Instead, the staff are incredibly rude, refuse to shape nails to the size that the customer wants and it's clear, they do not take appropriate care with hygiene practices. There's no evidence of practicing cleanliness. It's filthy; full of customers nail shavings and dust, and they do not sanitise tools and workstations in-between seeing customers. I never used to feel this way but I've been observing the decline in their practice for months now and know there are better alternative places out there. I'm really sad to leave this review, but I feel its important to warn others against bad practice. For the salon: rather than arguing back with reviewers like you have on other comments, take notice and make these improvements. I wouldn't be saying any of this if it was not an issue. Your minimum duty towards customers is to at least make sure their experience is clean and professional!
