Never using again. Just been forced to pay a cancellation fee because THEY had to cancel my insurance due to me not wanting to pay 6000 a year when I was only paying 55 a month.

AVOID I USED TO WORK HERE SCAM They used to charge customers high premium for no reason at all, there underwriters make up prices as they go along working for this company had made me realise how corrupt they are and that they just care about there business!! Even if you have changed your occultation they will scam hundreds out of you avoid!

Would not use again. Of the 85 companies I've had to change my address with, Bennetts is the only one who charged me (32!) to do so. The policy is only like 120 or so in the first place. The online portal wouldn't let me do it. It cost them more in staff time for phone calls to try and take payment from me, than the time it took them to change the address in the first place. Utterly bonkers. Get with 2022 Bennetts - this should be available to do on the online portal or FOC quickly by email.

Do not use this company. It has taken me 4 attempts to cancel this policy, and the fees have been greater than the annual policy because their online system didn't work when I cancelled it over a month ago, takes 20 minutes to get through to customer services they say it's cancelled then get an email saying I need to call back to make the payment! Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
