        Over the years we have used MJ's repeatedly within the family so this would be our 6th car scrapped through them. Offered me half the scrap value for it. Disgusted and can only assume he was taking advantage because a old woman wouldn't know better. 200 for a Citreon Picasso Xsara with current scrap prices!! I got double elsewhere - avoid and shop around.

        I was offered 127 less than the best quote online. I then received a call about it from one of their reps about the offer. When I said I was waiting for other quotes, She tried to convince me that they would try to offer me better quotes and then knock me down. This did not happen and I got the price I was quoted. These people are sharks and should be avoided. I have sold 3 scrap cars elsewhere so far, and the price I was offered was what I got. so look around for honest scrappers on the internet, these people will take money out of your pocket and lie to you

        Chris (more commonly known as Cookie) collected the car after we gave MJR a call about scrapping our car. MJR didn't haggle when they saw my car and gave the price agreed. "Cookie" was very prompt and very honest. He loaded the car and then explained how to complete the DVLA form and why we should do it. Overall the whole process from call to collection took 3 hrs. Great service and very friendly
