        very helpful organisation. it has taken awful lot of time for paperwork to be processed from solicitors management company etc.. etc.. Godiva held on to this magnificent rate of 3.45% for months and extended the offer twice to accommodate us even regardless interest rates has been rocketing. Look forward to working with Godiva. truly amazing lender. Thank you

        Our experience with Godiva mortgages has been good overall. Quick to answer phone calls and staff are friendly and helpful. However today I dealt with a young lady called Rhea who was exceptional she even called the conveyancing department on our behalf to follow up the delay in completing our mortgage application, she then called me back explaining the outcome. Many thanks Rhea for your commendable service just wish more department had staff like you, youre a true asset to Godiva Mortgages

        Unbelievably this company gives you a mortgage offer for a specific time period that starts as soon as theyve made their offer, even if they have not actually lent you the money yet. Avoid like the plague!!!
