        Zero rating really. No customer service are all. I'm a carer to an 89 year old lady.The day of delivery (friday)told " between 9am and 5pm" I stayed till 7pm never arrived!! No one called and still haven't (its Monday pm) perhaps this company should be commended on employing so many employees who have disabilities, some can't tell you if it's afternoon or morning and the drivers can't communicate at all.

        Insensitive, uncaring, unhelpful & incompetent people, incapable of simple tasks or the ability to show compassion or respect. No response emy emails or calls regarding my mother's death and the need to remove items. Wish I could give zero stars, shame on your misguided quote about care which doesn't exist.
