Knowing nothing about phones not having need for repairs in past and not wanting to be ripped off I was recommended by friends to VV. The phone had intermittent sound and vibration problems I was quoted what I thought was a fair price, I gave the go ahead and not wanting to wait I collected the repaired phone later in the day. Unfortunately Later that day the problems reappeared. I took it back the next day and while I waited for over an hour I could see the phone being worked on. I possibly expected to be told there would be a small charge due to an extra fault found But the phone was given back to me with a smile and no charge, and is still working properly Thanks VV

Very good service, was friendly, honest and efficient. Only took 10 minutes for them to repair it and was a cheap price. Would recommend to anyone having phone issues!

Brilliant service quick and efficient, called around cheapest in coventry and quality work fixed within hour been using him for 20 years now wouldn't go to anyone else
