Issue: the front screen had cracked and the back had a chipped I went to Mobile King, on a recommendation. It took a day to "fix" but when I went to collect (on a Monday), the front camera wasn't working so it was kept for a day to fix that. Tuesday - while fixing, the technician broke the motherboard which now needs to be ordered Over the next few days, I have no updates, no contact. I call several times and when someone finally answers, I'm told someone else will call me back with an update........... and they don't. Following Tuesday - the motherboard arrives, am told it's only 30 mins to fix. Go to collect, and my phone is still being restored Weds - I finally get my phone back. As there was no back up just before they messed with it (the last back up was probably a week before), there is a lot of settings and updates that I need to fix. And my front camera no longer works. Absolute shambles. And what did I get for all this massive inconvenience (which included not being able to access my internet banking, my work authentication and the multiple trips from Binley to Radford)? 20 quid off the screen fix. That's it. They covered the cost and repair to the motherboard (as they should because they broke it) but I was really inconvenienced by their work and errors and a measly 20 quid was it. Will never use this shop again and annoyed I have to return to get my camera sorted.

Idk abt what services they offer but this guy fights off 2-3 guys coz they were trying to steal or smthng. Singha Proud of you .
