I had an amazing experience with this agency. Fae made the whole process stress free and was full of knowledge on the property and very assertive. She ensured that all our questions were answered and that we knew exactly where we stood and how long things would take . She was polite, honest and is an absolute credit to the team. The team at Bairstow Eves (both Sales & Lettings) have been awesome! I had previously advertised for sale with another agent and decided to move after having experiencing poor service. From the initial contact (James Whalley) through to the regular contact regarding viewings, feedback and advice on next steps (all of the things that I wasn't getting from the previous agent). I then decided to Let my property and so was passed over to Rebekah who moved super fast to get my place advertised and a tenant found within days. In order to prepare the house I had a number of things to get in place and Fae, Jordan and Joseph all helped this to happen within days. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt guided and supported throughout. Would recommend this team to my nearest and dearest. Thank you!
