I didn't appreciate the fact they quoted one price for all 4 alloys to be stripped and powder coated, then after booking car in and dropping it off called me the following day to say there's an extra charge per alloy after for the paint. Felt like had no choice so had to agree. They then failed to call me on the day I was supposed to pick up my car, so I called late afternoon giving them time and was then told the job was not completed and it would take an extra day, would have been good if someone called to tell me that. When I went to collect the car, after calling them to check if it was done, they charged vat on top of price I was quoted, I'd clearly asked for a full price to pay convenient once the job was done they said it was quoted without without VAT again leaving me no choice but to pay despite arguing with them about this. Costs should always be clear before taking a job, could be working to a budget. Ridiculous to be charged over 100 extra, for the additional paint cost and then the VAT. They responded to me though completely clueless and responded regarding a different case altogether. Awful response to complaints and again proves poor customer service and communication. I've given a true and honest review, just do better and be transparent. Down to one star in light of thier poor effort of customer service and responses.

Absolutely over the moon with the Job done by Alloy Wheel Refurbishment. Professional knowledgeable and easy going. And to top it off best finnish iv ever had on a set of alloys! Highly recommend. Services: Protective coating, Chemical stripping, Powder coating, Painting
