        Went into the store with absolutely no expectations, probably more neutral than anything. Met a guy called Dennis who, after a few minutes, made it a proper retail experience, friendly, helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. And to the company I applaud you for supporting Dennis and getting him back into work. Compassion, empathy - lacking with many retailers. 5 stars ...oh, and the rugs are excellent in quality. Thank you!
