After procrastinating for 2 years since buying our house with a tired/dated bathroom we finally decided it needed a makeover. My partner had met Richard a couple of years ago through work and suggested we go and see his showroom. Once there we knew he was the man for the job and didn't look anywhere else. They had a great range of products included in the price and Richard provided his expertise in what combinations work well together as well as what would/wouldn't work in the space we have. There was no pressure or hard sell & all the pricing is transparent. I was amazed at how straightforward the whole process of picking a bathroom was! Our fitter was Sean and I honestly can't praise him enough. He was a pleasure to have around! Very friendly, experienced & respectful of our home. He was with me when he said he would be every day, and even put in a couple of long days to get particular parts of the job done. He ensured we got a bathroom that works for us by keeping us included in the decisions. The end result is our bathroom is totally transformed to a modern space and the quality of finish is second to none. Thank you both!

We decided to have our tired outdated bathroom refurbished however was dreading the process of plumbers, electricians & tilers having bad experience of projects like this grinding to a halt due to the tiler juggling many jobs at once. However our fears where unjust as our initial phone conversation with Richard put our mind at rest and assured the project would be a smooth process. Indeed it was Richard estimated the cost over the phone based on room dimensions, a visit to his showroom to pick our suit & tiles, following week Richard visited our property to ensure the project could be delivered and indeed it was complete two weeks later! I was amazed at the organisation Richards company took care of everything from the skip arriving on day 1 to the tiles and suit being delivered when James was ready for it. James worked very hard and completed our bathroom in just 8 days. He was in at 0730 every day and carried out everything required apart from the electrical work which was completed by an electrician who works on all of Richards projects. We cant thanks James the fitter enough as he went above and beyond and provided a stunning bathroom. Oh and the initial phone estimate was about right. So we highly recommend Coventry Bathrooms.
