        I don't know, but it might be easy for them and us too to speak with the same agent, so we can continue from where we ended our last conversation rather than speaking with different agents and rewinding again and again with multiple agents whenever I ring them. Other than that they are friendly and polite.

        For anyone interested in the army I highly recommend getting in touch with the team in Coventry. Incredibly supportive and always available if you have any questions or concerns. My process was delayed by Covid and some things out of our control but they never lost touch. They are genuinely invested in your journey as much as you are. Amazing team! Thank you for everything!

        My son joined the army in the march 22 intake! I can not thank the team enough for the support that was offered to logan! Especially from dave who was his main port of call for any querys! I have nothing but great things to say! If I was going to offer any ideas on making it easier is possibly a bit more communication with the parents as its hard to grasp all the details given second hand from a teenager! Thanks again for all the support
