Unfortunately it's not possible to give more stars. I went there with a Nissan Qashqai, ( apparently they are specialised in Audi an VW ), and these guys Daz, I think it's is name, went above my expectations to help with my query. I had a really bad experience with nissan in Coventry, and someone recommended this garage. So I went there for a second opinion and to see if they could help. They didn't had the tool available to diagnose the problem at that moment. When I said I could return at another time, Daz told me to wait, and went to see someone else who then came to see my car and run a few checks including a engine diagnostic test. Now, my appreciation is not for the fact that they didn't charge me for their service, not even when I insisted to pay, but for the fact that they went above and beyond to help someone who they never seen before, with a level of care and attention wich I think it's very rare to see nowadays. Forever grateful for your help. Thank you.

Did a fantastic job on my Seat Leon, timing belt kit and water pump fitted plus some other items that were required for MOT. Very competitively priced and I'll definitely be using them again.
