        Had an amazing body massage and facial with Sarah today. It was fabulous, as it has been every time I visit. Its a lovely relaxed setting and this follows through to the treatment rooms which smell beautiful, are cosy with warm soft fluffy towels and relaxing soothing music. I am a big lady and having beauty treatments can make me feel self conscious but Sarah has always made me feel comfortable. Totally recommend a visit if youre looking for some pampering and chill time.

        I've been going to the Health Practice for years. I see Louise for a Sports Massage every 6-8 weeks for her to work on my neck, back & shoulders. She manages to combine deep tissue work with relaxation. I'd thoroughly recommend her!

        Fantastic place. Myself and my wife use it quite frequently. Personally I have the sports massage with Louise quite regularly, I find it really helps with my job ( which is very physical).
