        Not what I expected for the money I paid. He is a nice person though. But also seems I judged too quick. Yes I had to dart off that is fair but I didnt receive a reply to my email which is what made me concerned enough to leave the review. Especially as I made it clear that I was NOT accusing him of anything but rather how I felt - was only ever intended as feedback from how I thought it went. Hey I am far from perfect and read situations wrongly as easy as the next person. I guess how two people see a situation is very different. I do find it disappointing that he has chosen to speak about certain private information in this post. That concerns me for things I disclosed. However I will say that he is an easy to talk to guy and very knowledgeable about his field. I would have expected to pay something for yesterday and would not have expected it to be free as he provided some much needed and well received advice that has already helped me.

        The only way I can explain my Ctpsd. Is like every day you dont see straight forward, everybody is a new flight of stairs or a new hill to climb. And I can only say a massive thank you to Albert Pregely and Kindtherapy Holistics he has been a real great support, he is so open, calming, and understanding and he is a great reader of people. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

        All I have read in the media is Heroes come from NHS to care workers to essential workers. But I want to thank a hero who hasn't asked for clapping, bangs or thanks. Albert Pregely and Kindtherapy Holistics is a hero who works selflessly and is my hero as his superpowers are attached to him. His shoulders to cry on. His ears to listen to my ranting His mouth for his words of wisdom. I can never thank him enough. And would recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of therapy. From talking, counselling, massage and relaxation. Never forget some heroes work in the shadows to bring us light. Thank you Albert.
