Slide and Fold

I cannot rate Slide and Fold highly enough. We love our bi fold and sliding doors. We had first class support from the customer service team. Adam from the Slide and Fold team was on hand, even on a Saturday when we messaged (out of hours) with an installation query. He called us straight back and was at all times courteous and always extremely helpful. I'd like to offer huge thanks to the whole team.

As a trade installer, finding an all round quality supplier is challenging. Slide and Fold offer great quality doors, delivered on time with fantastic customer service. Five star aftersales and technical help from Adam too! Cant recommend them enough!

From start to finish this company was amazing. We had a large order of new and replacement windows in aluminuim. The sales team were very knowledgeable and very good at talking through the options. Claire, Mel and Adam all took the time out to understand our needs and iron out any issues quickly and efficiently. I also want to comment on how helpful and friendly Ken was when it came to delivery. He could see that I was struggling and he really showed me great kindness. Overall, I would highly recommed Slide and Fold for the price, quality and above all the customer service. Thank you team for your support and help throughout.

We have used Slide and Fold a couple of times now - once for a sliding door system, and now for 6 casement windows in a bespoke RAL. They continue to deliver a quality product with absolutely fantastic customer service (very rare to tick both boxes!). I've dealt with Claire, Adam and Melanie and all are incredibly personable, knowledgable and go out of their way to help you - very appreciated when you're waist deep in stressful building work! We're already looking forward to ordering a couple of bespoke side doors with them to finish our house. :)

Slide and Folds products have proved great value for money for me and I received an excellent service from this company around 5 or 6 years ago when I replaced all my windows and two sets of sliding doors. I contacted them yesterday about obtaining a replacement section of rubber seal on one of the frames of the sliding doors that had been damaged and was now creating a draft. I received an immediate response to my email from Adam and within 24hrs a replacement section has been dispatched. I have to say this really defines what excellent after sales service is all about and demonstrates a true commitment and support to the customer long after the point of sale. Many thanks Slide and Fold much appreciated.
