Terrible company. Do not ever work there. I am appalled at the treatment of new staff. I started my first day with this company today through an agency. I was barely there an hour and made a small mistake doing a task. The manager came up to me and shouted at me so rudely, I was taken aback as she barely gave me a chance to speak and explain. There are ways to go about correcting mistakes and training staff. Dont know how shes a manager, she should be fired. No manners or human decency. Treated like dirt. She tried to apologise indirectly but didnt actually apologise just gaslight me to say she didnt shout and that's the way she talks. I hope you dont talk to your kids like that. Despicable. The person who initially trained me was nice and tried to console me which I appreciate. I left as soon as that happened bcus I could just anticipate what would be to come if they can do that to staff in the first hour. I wouldnt work there if they paid all the money in the world let alone minimum wage. No wonder they have a high turn over. Feel sorry for the staff who have no option but to stay.
